Cookie Policy
NurseLink currently uses a minimal set of technical cookies for secure account sessions. Advertising cookies are not currently used.
1. Essential session cookie
The account application uses a secure session cookie to keep a signed-in user connected to the correct server-side session. It is configured for HTTPS and HTTP-only access and is necessary for login functionality.
2. Local browser storage
The unauthenticated demo workspace may use browser local storage to preserve sample demo interactions such as demo logs or the selected demo mode. This data stays in the visitor's browser unless the visitor clears it.
3. Analytics and advertising
NurseLink does not currently use advertising cookies or third-party behavioural advertising trackers. We have also removed the dependency on externally hosted web fonts from the public design so ordinary page viewing does not require a font request to Google.
4. Future non-essential cookies
If analytics, advertising, session replay or other non-essential technologies are introduced, this policy will be updated and any consent controls required by applicable law will be implemented before those technologies are enabled.
5. Managing cookies
Most browsers let users inspect or remove cookies and site storage. Blocking the essential session cookie will prevent account login from working correctly.
